- Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly visits
- Interior:
- Full house inspection. All rooms and closets checked for leaks. Top to bottom from attic to basement. All mechanical systems inspected and documented including thermostats, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, refrigerators and freezers. Run all water and flush all toilets.
- Exterior:
- Full inspection of the grounds. All doors and windows, gutters and shutters. Complete survey of yard and landscapes included decks, patios and pool.
* During very cold and/or stormy weather, site visits will increase at the discretion of Shoreline Property Management.
